I met Bob in 1982,                                                                       my first  birds i got where of his redheaded hen family.

Bob produced many outstanding rollers in his time,He got many of his birds directly from Pensom.  .

 Bob,mcdowel,Frank Lavin  had prety much the same bloodline in there pedegrees.

One of Bob's favorite birds was 1220 from Pensom ,which hapend to be a full brother to 990 a bird Cornel Norwood got from   Jay McDougall .

1220 was mated to 626 also Pensom line, bred by Lester Lehmeyer  ,that was one of many familys Bob produces many good rollers with,

Bob passed away in 2001 but his birds will always be rememberd by many people that got a chance to meet him.

Sam Gutierres once told me he remembers many of todays top flyers hopping over fences to pick up rolldowns at Bob's house,Bob would let people keep the birds that rolled down.
